Finding new CRM opportunities
With the world of third party data making it harder and harder to acquire new customers through digital channels. We set out to help Cordings raise the bar for a channel that continues to show fantastic opportunities for retail brands. Skywire helped Cordings launch and relaunch a number of automated flows through Klaviyo.
During the first 6 months revenue through automated flows increased 40% YoY across Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Browse, Win-back Flows.

Cordings is one of Britain's most beloved heritage retailers - but their checkout hadn't kept pace with how people shop today.
Designed for a different era, it was creating unnecessary friction at the most critical point in the journey.
We redesigned the checkout experience within their existing Magento platform - streamlining the flow, surfacing express payment options, and bringing the UX in line with modern expectations across desktop and mobile.
The result: a checkout that feels as considered as the brand itself and a conversion rate 8.9% up on the year prior.
